Wow what a great workout really enjoying it been going for 5weeks now have so much more energy and losing inches really enjoying it too thanks Carl couldn't have done it without you

I have been attending Boxercise classes on a regular basis for some months now, and have seen positive results in my staminar, muscle tone, and a reduction in belt size. I would thoroughly recomend using Boxercise for keeping fit, or as I do, in addition to my usual training schedule. The classes are held in a relaxed forum with close coaching available from Carl when required. Why not come down and give it a go..?

I would thoroughly recommend Carl's boxercise class. I enjoy going once a week, it's great for toning and good for a bit of stress relief! The classes are fun and energetic and everyone is really friendly, Carl is a fantastic instructor and makes you feel at ease. I would urge anyone to give it a go, whatever your age or ability, it suits all.

I started training with Carl last year around easter time, I found boxercise a brilliant work out, but due to work I had to stop and start doing one to ones with him. The one to ones are fantastic value and a proper hard work out!! Since then I've lost 3 stone and my fitness has totally changed, I've been taught how to box and defend which gives me more confidence. Even after christmas with the added bulge I'm back at it and Carl is pushing me all the way. For any one wanting to shed a few pounds in the new year I would highly recomend any of Carls classes.

I have been going to Boxercise classes for a few weeks now, really enjoy the work out and find it has toned up lots of areas that needed it. The class is always welcoming and friendly, I may be one of the oldest at 57 but manage to keep up with the pace, lovely way of getting rid of any tension built up over the week.

After having my daughter I decided to get back into exercise. I find the classes fun and very social, everyone is so friendly . I've lost nearly a stone since attending one Boxercise class a week in just 10 weeks. It's great fun and is a really rewarding workout.
